Dr Austin hails from New Zealand, and practised in New Zealand before moving to Singapore.
Dr Austin has a special interest in smile makeover, full mouth rehabilitation of worn teeth, wisdom teeth and implant surgery. He is also experienced with both braces and Invisalign treatment, and incorporates the use of mini-screws/TADs for complex cases.
Professionally, besides having attended many continuing education courses for over 10 years, Dr Austin has completed a Master of Science in Orthodontics through the University of Bolton, United Kingdom. He has trained extensively at the prestigious Kois Center in Seattle, Washington, and is in his final year of Master of Clinical Dentistry in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics at King’s College, London; these institutes have a strong focus on the management of worn teeth, smile makeover, and full mouth rehabilitation.
As a general dentist, Dr Austin continues to learn actively in order to provide the optimal outcome for his patients. Dr Austin is proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
